"I hired this individual in 2019 based on the representation that he was a licensed architect. After approximately 7 months, I terminated the relationship. During the engagement, the quality of work was extremely poor and far below professional standards. Drawings were incomplete, inaccurate, and lacked even basic technical competency. Much of the work appeared to be hand-sketched and unusable for permitting or construction, requiring constant correction and explanation. Over time, I became increasingly concerned and later discovered that he was not a licensed architect, despite presenting himself as one. Throughout those months, payments were made while meaningful progress was minimal, resulting in lost time and additional expense to replace him and redo the work properly.
