"It did go so well! I know Frank Similia for many years, and he has done many projects for my company. Hi quality of work is excellent, his product is top notch, and all in Frank is perfect. I have to admit that sometimes I need Frank to guide me, not that I feel lost, but the assurance and certainty he does things it gives me security. I feel very confident about his skills, personality, and professionalism. Without any doubt, I never go somewhere else, when I have someone powerful to help me. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work to my satisfaction in a very reasonable amount of time. "Reliable and very knowledgeable which was so nice because I know nothing"

"We recently used Block to renovate our NYC bathroom. Overall, the process was highly user-friendly for us as new homeowners, and their catalogued design approach significantly simplified our selections. The designer was particularly helpful in bringing our whole vision together and making good / thoughtful suggestions. Once construction was underway, the contractor was excellent in working with us to accomplish a somewhat accelerated timeline given our baby on the way. They were very attentive to detail throughout and kept us informed with regular updates and pictures along the way, which we really appreciated. Very solid craftsmanship and we’re really pleased with the final result. While there were a few hiccups with securing some key materials on time, it was a very good experience overall. Recommend."
