"Working with these folks over the past several years has been such a positive experience. They helped me finalize the design for my home and made what can be a very overwhelming remodeling process feel manageable and exciting. One thing I especially appreciated was how connected they are within the industry. They introduced me to a wonderful designer and engineer who have both been fantastic to work with and have played such an important role in bringing the project to life. Throughout years of planning and revisiting ideas, they were always patient, thoughtful, and generous with their time. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they truly cared about helping me create something that felt right. They are genuinely kind people, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a construction team they can trust."

"I hired CQS to perform major renovations to two of my bathrooms. They knew exactly what had to be done. The quote was better than all the others. Tim and his crew did an excellent job with the tile, shower pan, moving the toilet, and were incredible to work with. I hope to hire them again on my next project."

Small jobs welcome

"GG Remodeling are the pros you want to hire. We hired Gustavo and his crew for several projects to renovate our 1960s ranch, including interior and exterior construction, electrical work, as well as finishes such as flooring and trim. We have been impressed by his professionalism, friendliness, and skill. He completes jobs quickly, which, as a busy family, we truly appreciated, and always gave us plenty of updates. His pricing is also very competitive even though the quality of his work is on par with more expensive pros. We definitely hope to hire GG remodeling for more jobs in the future! "

"Jorge at ibuild exceeded my expectations from start to finish when taking my design to reality on my clientâ s bathroom remodel project. He was quick to respond, transparent with costs, and saw that issues were quickly resolved. I got multiple compliments from the client that they were so happy I connected them! Communication was excellent and I would absolutely recommend his team for any bathroom remodel. The final project was beautiful and no details were overlooked. I will be using for future projects."

"We got a decent sized addition done with SPS. They came forward with great ideas and great pricing. We loved his ability to come up with unique solutions and great customer service. The overall build seems to be well done. We have had it for almost a year with no major issues. But the experience was a little challenging 1) Ed is the GC but he does not do a good job overall doing quality control. His son, Jesus is also very good. His Son in law is a really nice guy but his work is not up to par. The last few weeks, Ed left is to his son in law to finish up which meant the final finish was bad. Bathroom cabinet door did not close fully. There were splotches of semi gloss and matte paint all over the place. A door was cut unevenly and is still that way. I pointed out many of these, and they would come and close out a few but let others be. 2) the framing around windows was not a straight line. Slight angles everywhere. Not sure why.... Flooring has dips in it... I pointed it out before they put the flooring down... But still got issues. Electric work was mostly done by an assistant to the master electrician.. so I keep wondering if it was really done up to par, especially as the glaring issues were found later. Some of them fixed, others not. Paint shades were not accurately matched. Cleanliness by his crew was ok I have seen my friends projects be done better. 3) Communication was ok. It took me a while to figure out the dynamics. Tldr. Overall the project was decently done. The core work seems to be well done. The finish is lacking. Communication was ok. Supervision by GC was not as good as expected. By the end of the project, I think they were as ready to walk away as we were."

"The scope of my project was fairly large and they were able to address all my needs. I had a roof replaced and a patio extension put in. To make room, I also had to remove a half dead, ugly elm tree. They took care of it so I didn’t have to call another company. From the start, Saul was very receptive and listened to all my ideas. He was able to provide me with some thoughtful insight when deciding on a roof color as well as providing ideas for constructing a patio cover along with extending the slab. Any time I called, he would answered my calls and his teams were always on time. He also replaced flooring, floor boards and painted an interior room. He worked within my budget which allowed me to select my own lights, fans, blinds and flooring. Saul builds houses from the ground up. He can tell you what would look good, add value and what would not. But only if you ask him for his advice. 5 words to describe Las Villas: Professional, Detailed, Responsive, Organized, Timely. "

FAQs for bathroom remodel projects in Spicewood, TX

You can buy a replacement vanity by selecting a pre-made unit with an integrated sink from a local home improvement supplier. Pre-made vanities are designed for easy installation and compatibility with your existing plumbing. If a ready-made option doesn't meet your needs, consider hiring a custom builder to create a vanity that fits your space and style.

You can purchase a bathroom vanity from major home improvement retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s or online stores like Wayfair, which offer a variety of pre-made vanities. Visiting local showrooms and bathroom supply stores can also provide professional advice and help you choose the right vanity for your space.

Installing your bathroom vanity flush against the wall enhances stability and prevents shifting. This placement also eliminates hard-to-clean gaps and keeps your vanity securely in place. Building codes often require a minimum clearance of four inches from bathtubs and at least 21 inches of free space in front of the sink for accessibility and safety.

You can upgrade a single vanity to a double vanity by installing additional cabinets, a second sink, and matching fixtures. This process requires additional plumbing adjustments, countertop modifications, and careful alignment to ensure both sinks function correctly. Upgrading to a double vanity enhances bathroom functionality and offers more space, which is especially beneficial for shared bathrooms.

The best vanity top material depends on your budget, style preferences, and maintenance willingness. Materials like quartz or solid surfaces are excellent choices for durability and low maintenance. If you're on a tighter budget, laminate is affordable but less durable. Consider how much traffic your bathroom gets and choose a material that balances cost, appearance, and upkeep.

Installing a bathroom vanity takes between three and six hours. Simple installations may be completed in under three hours, while more complex projects requiring adjustments or plumbing modifications can take up to six hours or more. The installation process includes assembling cabinets, placing the countertop, installing the sink if necessary, and connecting plumbing.
