"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The company canceled my original appointment just three hours before arrival. While inconvenient, I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. During the service visit, they identified mold and recommended additional work to address it. I relied on their expertise and approved all the repairs they recommended. Unfortunately, the work was not performed correctly and resulted in over $1,000 in additional damage that I had to pay to have properly fixed. I requested a refund to cover the damage caused by their mistake and was told a manager would contact me. I never received that call. What concerns me most is not just the initial cancellation or even the improper repair ? mistakes can happen ? but the lack of accountability and follow-through afterward. "We had a great HVAC duct inspection experience with Donald Duct (love the name). Their scheduling service kept us up to date regarding our appointment. Surprisingly, they had a schedule change and we were asked if they could arrive early! The two techs arrived right on time and explained how they would inspect our ducts and then recommend any additonal service. Post inspection, they showed me pictures of our ducts, and luckily, no further work was necessary. They did spend additional time with me explaining how I can add filters to my returns and recommended that we reinspect in 2 years. Providing elevated customer service is key to exceeding customer expectations, and these guys definitely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this business!"
