"Kudos to CV Roofing, Tom Dragoo, and team! They truly provide exceptional service. After a moderately hard rain, we discovered water damage around a recessed light in the entry of our new home. This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! "Mark with LOA came out and walked me through the process. It’s a complicated process, however Mark simplified it for me. He was here on time for appointments. LOA’s crews were here on time as well. I appreciate how they respected my property while they were here. They covered everything around my home with tarps to minimize debris in the yard. They did an amazing job on the roof and rolled my yard with powerful magnets at the end of the job to pick up any small metal and nails. They were in and out in one day. "John Sauer did a great job following up with me, after the job was done, to see if there was anything they could have done better. There were some plants that had broken branches, and some of the low voltage landscape lights that were broken off by falling shingles. So I just want to recommend that people be prepared to personally remove anything below the roof that might be damaged by the falling (old) shingles. (potted plants, bird baths, holiday decorations, landscape lights, patio furniture, etc.). Otherwise they did a great job replacing a 3100+ SF roof,and finished the job in just 3 days."
