"Contacted for appointment and scheduled time. Showed up and went over the requested work needed done. Is a small job with laying tile floor, install bathroom vanity with sink and counter top. Nicolas would send estimate. Received estimate and it seemed exorbitant. No credit was shown for the purchase I had made and paid. I don't feel this was a good purchase for me. Furthermore, I was on a tight time table as I needed to get this place on the market. He started the project the immediately and was finished ahead of schedule. I also have to say he did a bunch of extra things for me without charging me above his original quote. Marcels fees were also reasonable, especially when you consider the level of experience, quality and professionalism you get. At no point did I feel the project was out of hand or beyond his scope. This provided me a degree of confidence and most importantly ease of mind. Can't say enough positive things about M&M and more specifically Marcel. He really earned my business from the start and delivered on his promises. You can tell this guy really cares about his company and relies on the reputation of his work and level of service.
