"Poor. Left mud and debris behind. Shouldnhave places plastic down. They tried to rake up dirt but did a poor job. I hired tim at unique fence assuming he knew all ordinances. I got approval from hoa and tim and i discussed the senate bill 1588. Hoa wasntnhappy with fence but they mistakenly approved it. After the fence was done code enforcement contacted me stated it wasnt up to code and has to come down. They say it has to be see through. And has to be setback 5 feet from sidewalk. I had no idea. I assumed since he does fences all 9ver montgomery county and he said he did fences in other hoas that he dis his research. He did not. Im fighting city now and inwill likely use. Why should i have to pay for fence that was illegal."

FAQs for vinyl or pvc fence repair projects in Splendora, TX

Repairing or replacing a part of your fence is almost always less expensive than replacing it altogether. If your fence is in major disrepair or requires more than 20% to 30% replacement, it may be a better investment to replace your entire fence. Contact at least three fence repair specialists near you to get quotes for both a repair and replacement project.

All vinyl fences are made of PVC, a type of vinyl that stands for polyvinyl chloride. But not all PVC is the same. PVC resin is combined with other ingredients, giving it strength and weather-resistance. High-quality PVC vinyl fences include additives that provide more durability—and therefore cost more. Check out various types of vinyl fences and their features before deciding on your material.

You can repair small cracks or holes in your vinyl fence easily using a vinyl repair kit. If the crack is especially large or seems to be impacting the fence's integrity, you may need to replace the whole rail or post. However, you should hire a local fence installer for major repairs.

With proper maintenance and care, a vinyl fence can last up to 30 years. To ensure the longest life possible for your vinyl fence, ensure that it is installed properly and take care to check it regularly for any areas that may need minor maintenance or repair.
