"Stetson just repaired the damage to our exterior stone wall where rainwater damage had caused a dozen stones to break away. I think that section actually looks better now than it did originally! And the remortared section is indistinquishable from the rest of the wall. I was able to buy the replacement stone at a supply store called Mutual Materials. Stetson is a perfectionist. Our house is very well-built, but it did not conform to current code, and he was able to modify the repair to create a small (<2 inch) gap between the bottom of the stone wall and the concrete driveway, so the liklihood of future water damage (that had been caused by "wicking" of rainwater behind the wall) is now greatly diminished. "

"I had Joe’s Yard Service redo basically my entire backyard and it turned out awesome. They took out an old concrete patio that was falling apart, removed the grass, leveled everything out, and put in a big paver patio. They also handled outdoor lighting, sprinklers, new grass, and added river rock along the side. Joe was super easy to work with the whole time. He always got back to me quickly and didn’t mind stopping by to explain things or walk through ideas. That made a big difference since this was a pretty big project. For a project of this size (around $32k), I felt like the pricing was fair. They got everything done pretty quickly, but more importantly it was done right. The quality shows. I also appreciated that Joe would point out ways to save money and put it toward other parts of the project instead of just upselling everything. "First job they gave a fair bid. Didn?t really lay floor out very well. Pattern repeats were too close. Second job they bid was very expensive for the amount of work. Never received anything written it was all oral agreements."
