"Stetson just repaired the damage to our exterior stone wall where rainwater damage had caused a dozen stones to break away. I think that section actually looks better now than it did originally! And the remortared section is indistinquishable from the rest of the wall. I was able to buy the replacement stone at a supply store called Mutual Materials. Stetson is a perfectionist. Our house is very well-built, but it did not conform to current code, and he was able to modify the repair to create a small (<2 inch) gap between the bottom of the stone wall and the concrete driveway, so the liklihood of future water damage (that had been caused by "wicking" of rainwater behind the wall) is now greatly diminished.
