"We have hired Elite Construction & Remodeling several times for projects at our home and we'll keep doing it based off of Sergei and his crew's craftsmanship and professionalism. The projects have ranged from small to big and each one is done with care and in a timely manner. Our most recent collaboration with Elite was for our kitchen remodel and the process was smooth and the end product is outstanding. It looks smashing! The team did a great job keeping us updated on the timeline, how the work was coming along and arrived consistently each day when they said they would show up. As the kitchen remodel wrapped up, we told them that it would just be a matter of time until we find something else for them to do and we'd give them a call. I'm glad we found Elite to help us improve our home."

"Gage and team have done a great job with both my upstairs and basement remodels over the years. I appreciated Gage’s support in helping me bring my vision to life. I would highly recommend Innovation Renovation for any remodeling or construction needs."

We have been building all phases of construction for over 35 years here in the Spokane area. Building several of our own homes from the ground out. About 15 years ago my wife and I decided to start our own construction company and have been doing all variety of projects, from new builds to remodel. We are happy to do small projects. We currently are wanting to focus on interior finishes such as kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting, trim, door and window replacements and home repairs. We have always maintained good relationships with our clients and are very concerned with their satisfaction.

"We had a total kitchen remodel done on our house built in 1972. We have used Simon’s Construction Services in the past for smaller jobs and had been very satisfied with the results. His carpenter Chris is very talented, hardworking, has great attention to detail and was always willing to listen to our questions and concerns. The electrical and plumbing work done was also well done and professional. We are happy to have a kitchen that is more updated and efficient."

"He took on several projects. Ceiling, deck, kitchen remodeling. Top notch work all projects. What a blessing Built hidden mixer lift. Professional job. Highly recommended 5 stars"

"Spokane Craftsman did such an outstanding job for us remodeling our kitchen, I am not sure where to start. Chris helped us design a new layout for our kitchen and then Phil made everything come together. Phil treated our house like it was his own. Since the house is old, he found a lot of things that needed extra care and work. All without additional charges. Phil did an incredible job in re-working our kitchen ceiling, that was a lot of 12x12 tiles and hanging lights, into a beautiful, recessed light ceiling. He also put down new flooring, corrected plumbing issues, tiled the back splash, and a lot more. Chris and Phil never rushed their work. They helped get us a great deal on our cabinets and cabinet installation, they helped with new plumbing and new wiring that was needed, and they ran the project from start to end, without us having to worry about anything at all!! I donâ t think I can fully state how satisfied we were with Spokane Craftsman. Everything they did was over and above expectations. If you are looking for someone to help in a remodel project, I really think you should consider Spokane Craftsman. Six stars, if there was such a thing!"

"IEC did a complete kitchen remodel including cabinets, flooring, counters and sink. They helped with the design and budgeting and the work was excellent. I highly recommend them."
