He was also willing to come out to the north part of town (we are in Colbert). We had a couple of projects -- one rather urgent (major ice load in our eaves after the heavy snow storm that was causing water flow issues around the house) and a minor issue related to our washing machine water hookup. He diagnosed the problems and tended to their solutions within a day of calling him. He cleaned up everything when he was done and left our house better than when he showed up. We are new to the area and will use him for any handyman job we need from here on out."

I wanted some custom enhancements to the stall shower and sink area, and Harold made every effort to make sure things were done exactly as I wished. Despite my adding items along the way, Harold never acted as though the changes were a problem. Pine Grove's price was considerably less than two other bids, and the additions were very reasonably priced as well, yet his work is of excellent quality. His work standards are also such that he never left a bit of a mess or caused even the tiniest damage to my house (like other workers have). My poor health caused delays along the way, but he was so understanding and never once let out so much as a sigh in complaint. "Bryce came out and checked out the RV before ordering new valves. Our rig is a 2003 Suncruiser and we are the third owner so it is now out of warranty. The new valve didn’t seem to make a difference but they checked with the factory and discovered it could be just an air bubble. We ran the slide in and out a few times to get the bubble out and it works like a champ now. At Your Service never charges additional trip fees if they have to come back on the same work order. We have used them for all our repair needs since we bought this RV in 2012. They are the best RV service center around as they come to you and are trained on all brands. And, if you have a service warranty on your vehicle, they bill them for you. Thank you for your great customer service!"
