"Being relatively new to Spokane, I researched a small number of top-rated flooring/carpet businesses. Keystone was highly rated. Had Mark come and look at our basement which we were refreshing. Very helpful--he answered all our carpet questions. Installation team - Jeff/Andrew/Eddie were excellent--took their time to really do an outstanding job. It looks great. Thanks Keystone!"

"The floor is beautiful! Walter was flexible and hard-working. He got the job done quickly"

"Tony is fantastic, he did a lot of projects in our home, drywall replacement, installed hardwood floors, painted, performed extensive work on our deck to make it safe & stable, repaired our French doors. He did a huge job of cleaning & detailing my Grandmothers house to sell (we got $40,000 over asking price). My son hired him to frame, drywall the basement in a house he bought. He framed in & installed a hanging microwave, framed in the dishwasher as well. All in all Tony is a great guy & does awesome work. Would absolutely hire him again."

"It was so satisfying to get a company to come in with a reasonable quote, no hidden costs and do such quality work. Our wood floor job was not your standard install and it turned out beautiful. The installer â Enriqueâ is worth his weight in gold. He was on time, trustworthy and very polite. His quality of work is top notch. He is a true craftsman. I am one of those customers that hovers around each piece of wood being installed. A real pain in the butt, because I am so picky, and Enrique was very patient with me and our flooring is BEAUTIFUL!!! Jeff the owner held our hand through the entire process. We ordered flooring and when it came in I went to the store to look at it and it was terrible. I called Jeff, sent him photos and we decided to cancel that order and find different flooring. Jeff was so helpful and flexible with the install date that it made it a pleasure to work with him and his company. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!"

"I hired Harvey to do a unique carpet install that I had some trouble getting quotes for. I did get a few quotes eventually and Harvey was not the lowest but he was close and he really seemed to know what he was doing. He insisted on getting set up directly with the carpet manufacturer so he could control the entire process where the other bids required me to handle the logistics. I was extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism from Harvey and his crew. Harvey even had some extra rugs made from the remnants of my very expensive carpet for a very small amount of money. I will definitely work with them again."

"Nice salesman with lots of options. Install was fast and professional."

"He built shower from scratch, stud walls, and also installed shower tile and bathroom floor tile. Excellent attention to detail."

"We hire Nick to remove moss from our roof. He did a great job and charged more than a fair price. He was polite and a good communicator. I will hire him for work we have in the future."

"Andy was amazing to deal with. He started the job and worked on it every day till the hardwood flooring and walk in shower was finished. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone."

"Fantastic! Dominique and Matt are the dynamic duo. On time, transparent, and very good at what they do. I will use them again, and will recommend them to anyone."
