"From the day we met George Wells to get an estimate on replacing our deck floor, we were very comfortable with George's home style approach to our project. He surveyed the entire deck, top to bottom, and assured us that we didn't need the amount of work we had anticipated. Less than 25% of the floor was problematic to be replaced. He went through all the decking and determined which parts should be done and which ones were optional. Of course, we decided to do all of the necessary and optional repairs to include an addition we had been planning for a while but did not fit into our original budget. Since we were going to do less replacing of the deck surface. that freed up funds to do the addition, which came out beautiful and very functional. We have been so impressed by George and his crew in all aspects of our project. "I was trying to get my house ready to sell. I previously hired a handyman and a painter, both based on word of mouth from my realtor and a neighbor. Both were terrible and messed up my house entirely!! They were horrible and cost me tons of money. I was on a short timeline to get everything fixed and ready. I called Troy Woodward and he squeezed me in before another job he had scheduled. Troy and his partner were THE BEST. In 2 days, they replaced a front door, painted it, installed brass hardware, fixed drywall mistakes, re-painted bad paint jobs, did exterior trim, and fixed a support beam. "Great work. Was able to get me scheduled within 48hrs of him coming by to inspect the roof. Work was done to our satisfaction. Repair was needed in several places on the roof and as new homeowners we just wanted repair that would be done right without any price gauging. Very reasonable in pricing. Will contact them again when we decide to replace the entire roof."

"Excellent job overall. John was faced with challenges with the fence post removal in that they were imbedded in rather large amounts of concrete that required extra efforts (steel pry bars and winch) to remove from the ground. John disposed of the fence posts and concrete remains as well. John also removed, replaced and disposed of twelve 2x10x48" pressure treated steps. Many of the steps required special handling and additional bracing installed due to the age and condition of the existing stair stringers. After the initial installation, John was asked to re-look at a couple of the stair treads, and he returned very promptly to return and make adjustments without complaint. John also removed the remnants of two 2x8' very old (and brittle) overhead semi-transparent panels over the rear deck. He replaced with new customer-provided polycarbonate panels of the same dimensions and hauled away the old remains. He also removed and disposed of several unwanted saplings that were growing at random and completed a major trim on an overgrown euonymus bush/tree to prevent damage to house siding and allow adequate airflow to an outside air-conditioning unit."

"I was a bit disappointing but I fully understand why he charged me more at the end of the job. I, like him, realized that the job was a bit bigger than when he gave me the original estimate. He did spend extra time making sure that the work was well done, took extra time to explain his work, and did a minor repair on a duct opening where the tube was torn, and he and his assistant cleaned after themselves. I appreciate the extra effort. Thank you."

"We were very pleased with the work from Grout Medi!. They arrived as scheduled for the estimate and took the time to really understand the work. They asked for permission to pull up a loose tile to examine what was underneath which revealed rot and additional repair work. While this increased the price of their services over a competitive bid, I felt that they would be cheaper in the long run as I anticipated the other contractor would have identified the problem during the project and then tacked on additional costs doing the work when we weren't in a position to negotiate. The repair team showed up as scheduled each day. They were very professional, shared status, and asked questions as needed. They did discover another issue during the repair and presented a few options for repair as well as the risk/benefit of each. Overall, the work looks amazing! Our floors and shower looks brand new! Highly recommend!"
