The price quoted was very reasonable and the turn around time was even more of a surprise. The team arrived on time and went to work. I am typically hands on as projects take place but found I never once had to intervene. The team did a fabulous job in all facets of the project and accomplished all tasks in a professional and timely manner. The end result was 100% perfection. They took my landscape to the next level. I went one step further and hired them to cut and trim the yard. Again, perfection at all levels from cutting and trimming and the time it took to complete the tasks. Although they did well there was a bit of a disconnect in communication, as only one person, (the foreman?) spoke any English but not very well. If I use them again in the future, I will insist on having a foreman with a strong command of the English language. After the job was done, I was presented with a certificate of completion indicating all the bullet points about the job that should have been reviewed prior to the work starting. None of these were reviewed. I will also be reviewing this with the vendor."

"hired Chimney and Duct Experts based on their reviews on Google and Angis list to address a potential problem with a roof leak near my chimney. They quickly determined the flashing of my chimney was probably the reason for the leak, so they gave me a quote to rebuild the chimney flashing for $1300. They were able to do the work that same day, which I thought was great. However, the leak continued, so I moved on to roofers to help figure out the problem. I had 5 different roofing and repair companies come out, and each one said that the flashing on the chimney was terribly done, using a sealant instead of metal step flashing as is standard. I called back Chimney and Duct Experts and spoke with a supervisor. He agreed to come and redo the flashing, but insisted that fully rebuilding the flashing is only done when you get a new roof. Ended up being incorrectly done again, and I'll have to pay someone now to fix it correctly."
