"WE needed a handicapped tub and new surround. The order was taken and it took 6 weeks to get the order. An appt was made for doing the work and they arrived on time. Set up mats on the floors and went to work. They were done by 6 that evening and everything was cleaned up and ready to use. They were polite, clean, friendly and professional. I wish we had had them do more.

They came out exactly when they said, the worker was polite and thorough while explaining what needed to be done and what the cost would be. The job was completed in a timely manner and they did their best to clean up the mess. We did have some cleaning to do after they left but unclogging two bathroom sinks is a messy job. He did a very good job of explaining the reasons for the repairs, potential issues that might come up down the road with some of the older parts that weren't replaced, and explained how he would fix them as well as these current issues so that I could do them at a later date."

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
