"I contacted Top Line Construction to get a quote to replace all siding on the outside of my house. Eric returned my call right away and scheduled an appointment to come out in a day or two. He provided the quote within 24 hours. I did contact 3 or 4 other companies to come out and quote my siding project and took my time making my decision who to go with. When I asked for pictures of recent work he sent me pics along with references with contact info right away. After several of going over all quotes from all the contractors, I decided to go with Eric & Top Line and very glad I did. Once we got scheduling conflicts settled, they began the work of removing all cedar siding from my entire house. I opted to replace all my insulation as my house is 45 years old and thought this was best decision. Eric accommodated this request and we worked out an agreement that we were both happy with. The work performed was high quality and fit my small budget and I would definitely hire Top Line again and likely will soon as I do have more work to be done. I also recommend him to my nextdoor neighbor, and he and his guys came out and did work for them as well, they too are very pleased with the work that was done. As with most construction projects there were a few hiccups along the way, and that was the case here. However, Eric addressed these issues when I brought them to his attention in a professional manor, not argumentative like I have experienced in the past with other contractors and did his best to address all issues to my satisfaction and they were. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend using Top Line Construction."

"Great experience from start to finish. Prompt estimate of work. Crew was here bright and early every day, and worked diligently the entire day. Steve visited several times to check on progress. They caulked all seams in our board and batten siding and painted everything (siding, eaves, gutters) meticulously. They also painted the inside of my garage, helped me move the heavy stuff to the center and then move it back. The paint is absolutely perfect-razor edge corners, great coverage on all surfaces (far superior to what our builder did). I will definitely use Proline again for my interior painting. On a Masonite siding replacement job, the nail gun shorted out the wiring to an interior outlet. They found it and repaired the wall without any questions asked. My house had old galvanized piping that leaked and they have repaired the ceiling in more than one room. They will get my business or referral."
