"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Carini was excellent-from sales to installation. We are enjoying our new A/C. The job required research, creativity and planning since it is 45 year old house that was never meant to have air conditioning. Their sales rep, Kurt, is experienced as an installer and was definitely more knowledgeable than anyone from the other companies we received estimates from. His game plan made the most sense and was reasonably priced. In fact he was the only one who did not try to sell me on a new furnace and explained that my current furnace should last several more years versus the competition which was insisting that I'd be better off buying a new furnace since my current furnace was about 14 years old (Kurt added that the current furnace could be repaired if it did start giving me problems). Kurt came the day of installation to show the lead technician, Mark, how he envisioned the install to go. That made me feel good to know that the installer wasn't going to be improvising. Mark led a crew that came on time, confirmed the plans would work, and did the installation. They overcame a lot of hurdles including a small furnace closet, limited space for a condenser on the side of the house and attic access challenges. The job was finished ahead of schedule. Mark explained the system to me, and the house was left very clean. I highly recommend Carini, Kurt, and Mark as the lead technician."

"Great job! The staff was friendly and responsive. Isaiah showed up quickly, bringing along the new water heater. He explained everything that he needed to do. He was polite and efficient. The job was finished quickly."

"Leo reached out to me immediately upon receiving my request through Angi. I told him what happened and he advised that he would contact a leak detection company ASAP and let me know when they would arrive. He did as promised and we had that company at our house within the hour (on a Saturday, no less). We spoke to that person for a good while about the different steps we could take and decided what was right for us. During this time, Leo texted to check on us and the outcome. I sent him the pictures of the issue and he gave me a reasonable price for the fix. He immediately came over to get our leak fixed so that we would not be without water over the weekend. Leo was pleasant, responsive and punctual. If we need any plumbing issues in the future, we will definitely call Forthright and will recommend him to our friends and family! Thank you Leo!"

"Best experience replacing a water heater! Mickey was very professional and worked efficiently to replace our old water heater. He took the time to go over the estimate (priced fairly and competitively) and made sure that we had the equipment we needs for our household needs. He made sure that we also were brought up to code since our set up was fairly old. The experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I would highly recommend Mickey and Gorilla Plumbing for future plumbing projects!"

"The office staff at Same Day Heating & Air was so pleasant to speak with and very helpful with all my questions. Poncho and his crew did a great job and were very professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an air conditioning & heating company with integrity."

"I contacted Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air, a honest and trustworthy company after I realized at the last minute I needed a refrigerator water line assessment and they quickly sent Miguel to my home who noticed upon assessment inspection the water pressure was unsatisfactory and recommended replacing the water pressure valve in addition to the refrigerator water line. Miguel was absolutely amazing , a breath of fresh air, very easy to work with, and managed to accommodate my water line hookup needs fitting me into his busy schedule. Miguel provided me with a great service experience at very reasonable price! He went above and beyond providing before and after pictures of my old and new water setup, answers all of my questions, all while providing outstanding customer service with a smile & 10/10 quality of work! Thank you Miguel for a great refrigerator water line hook up experience !!"

"Had our old tank water heater replaced with a tankless model and had a whole house water filter installed at the same time. We had only a vague idea of what we wanted when we started and they were able to help us flesh out our plans without making us feel foolish for not knowing every detail (which wildly some of the other bidders did). They were able to come out fast and did good work, would hire them again in the future."

"I had an excellent experience with Pro Bright Construction. They responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and were able to schedule the installation of a whole-home water flow restrictor on the main water intake that same day. The two professionals who completed the work were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Although this was a significant installation, they finished the job in just a couple of hours and left the work area spotless. I was quoted a price by a large plumbing company that was nearly twice the amount I paid, so I also appreciate Pro Bright's very fair pricing. I'm left truly happy for their prompt response, professionalism, quality workmanship, and value. I will definitely contact Pro Bright Construction for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them."
