Poor Communications.. Poor communications before the job, poor communications during the job, and no follow up communication after the job. Not so much as a follow up call to see how things were going, how to care for the newly planted items. not even a post installation "How did we do survey", nothing. The invoice they sent had tons of errors which we had to ask them to correct before we paid the bill. They did excellent work and we love the results!. However, don't depend on them to keep you apprised of what their plans are."

"We have a large silver maple tree in our yard that had branches protruding over power lines, the house roof, and into our neighbors yard.  It took some time to respond to our request to schedule the work.  This may have been due to emergency jobs as a result of storms in the area.  They trimmed back the larger branches I envisioned needing trimming and also a number of small ones based on their expertise.  They also trimmed a large Rose of Sharon bush as a bomus.  Curtis and Brian were very thorough and professional in their work."
