"Drain was blown out partially and serviceman wanted to take drain pipes apart but I refused and cleared with drain cleaner. I also refused new water switch which he suggested replacement for. Old switch worked fine once it dried out."

Despite this, he didn’t just walk away; he prepared a plumber’s report to support our SAWS claim, especially since they were hesitant to take responsibility. "Arrived more than 30 minutes late. Price was too high for two hours labor. I got a whole set of tires for my car for less. The plumber was very nice but a little sloppy. When finished there were silicone fingerprints on the sink and counter top, and silicone seal all the way around the sink edge. I am scraping and rubbing it off. Also he punched a hole in the bottom of the cabinet although granted the bottom had been weakened by water damage in the past. I did get a â senior discountâ plus 50 dollars off but the price was still too high."

"Approximately $20,000 job cost. Considering the work done, we think it went great. From Kristen in the office, Travis the owner, Toby the plumber and his helpers, and the excavators who dug the tunnel all were professional. Travis worked with our insurance company throughout this repair. It was such a relief when something unexpected came up, he could handle it and we did not need to try to explain it to insurance company. He knows what he is doing. Not once did we get a call from our insurance company with any questions. I will admit, we are not always easy to work with and the fact we were leaving on a trip on Sep 24th made us worry if job would be finished, but I should have trusted Travis. He assured me it would be and it was with a week to spare. Everyone that came to our house worked hard and did their jobs.
