Get matched with top traditional tile roofing repairers in Spring-branch, TX

"Carlos, the owner, definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to tile roofs. He fixed and repaired my tile roof with everything he was committed to fix and more. He came back for another walk through to ensure that it was to my satisfaction. He shared before and after pictures which made me feel good about the work he performed. I will definitely keep him in my contact list to use for other rental homes that I own."

"Excellent customer service, professional, honest, fair prices, and fast turnaround. Overall it was a great experience working with Andre and Mocean Roofing and Construction. Andre promptly contacted me after I requested a quote on AngiesList to replace a shingle that had blown off during a recent storm. I provided him with a photo of the damaged area and he quickly recognized the color/manufacturer and made sure I had a good match. His price was fair - $100 for materials and labor - he would have to buy an entire pack and agreed to leave behind the extra shingles. He worked around the tenant’s schedule and went out the very next day (a Sunday). While on the roof he noticed other nearby areas needing repair - 3 field shingles. Replacing them required the removal and replacement of 9 ridge shingles. Instead of doing only what he was hired to do, he took it upon himself to correct all of the problem areas because, as he later told me, the job isn’t done right if he looks past the other damaged areas. I had worked it out with the tenant to pay him when the job was done (I live and work 500 miles away). After the job was complete, Andre sent me pics of the job. I was surprised to learn that he had done all of the extra work and had collected payment without requesting extra compensation for the added labor. I looked up his company on Facebook and their company’s statement is 100% true - they do professional work in a timely manner and focus on building relationships with each of their customers. As a long distance homeowner I have found it difficult in the past to find contractors that I trust to do good work at a fair price. I would absolutely hire them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in their areas of specialty (roofing and fencing, according to their Facebook page)."

"This was a TPO-type flat roof on a detached garage. The estimator who came out quickly diagnosed the issues and proposed fixes. Got the estimate quickly and the price seemed good. The job got scheduled within a reasonable amount of time, and the roofer who came out to make the repair did a thorough and professional job. Pleased with each step of the experience, will hire again next time a roof issue crops up."

"I honestly don't know why anyone would work with any other company. They are the best and fairly priced. Mr. Roesler will also straight up tell you whether or not you even NEED a new roof, or just a smaller repair. Ethical and great at their profession. 5 stars!"

"Mike and partner are very efficient, knowledgeable and excellent worker. They did a good job working on my tile roof"

"Iâ ve owned my clay tile roofed home for ~15 yearsâ ¦ clay tile roofs can require a lot of repairs as windy storms will rattle and break the tiles, so Iâ ve had many many companies up there doing repairs over the yearsâ ¦ Lobo Roofing just finished up a repair job and itâ s been by far the best experience and best work Iâ ve seen since I moved in. I highly recommend them and from now on wonâ t allow anybody else up there. Thank you, Lobo!!!"

"Tony and Juan expertly repaired my asphalt shingles, replacing the damaged areas and securing everything with precision. They worked efficiently as a team, paying close attention to detail to ensure the roof was watertight and perfectly aligned. Their professionalism and craftsmanship showed in the seamless finish, leaving the roof looking great and built to last."

"I work for a local Insurance Company (Homeowners Claims Department) for over 25 years. In my years experience it is rare to find a Roofing Company that is â honestâ and that is willing to offer a â roof repairâ verses a roof replacement. Due to recent wind storm our roof needed repairs. Three Local Roofing Companies offered roof replacement at high cost. Granada Roofing inspected our roof and advised that they would be able yo repair."

"Used a drone to survey the damage on the roof and gave me an estimate. Did approximately 18 hours of repair work. Rained right after they finished. No Leaks. Even did a few extra things for me. Outstanding Job. Thank you."
