"The entire project went very well. Consultant Bob Eversman was very prompt and thorough for our first meeting. He advised that colors are limited due to production cutbacks as a result of Covid. We decided on a color, but using the online tool supplied in the brochure that allowed us to see our house with one or two other colors, we decided on a color change later, and there was no problem. The "team" came right on schedule, and we were amazed at how professional and diligent they were in completing our 1700 plus sq ft home in one day. We were visited the next day by a gentleman who checked on everything and decided that we needed one more nail sweep. This is the one caveat I would mention. We have continued to find roofing nails, so I would caution the homeowner to make certain nail removal is thorough no matter who your roofer may be. We were contacted several times through the process to make certain things were going well, and the one or two times we mentioned something, it was taken care of immediately. Warranties were provided immediately as well. The dumpster was removed on the 2nd day following completion of the roof. We are happy to have a new roof, and pleased to have one that looks very nice. It was done promptly and at a fair price. Reroofing isn't something a homeowner looks forward to, but you will do yourself a favor if you choose Stratus Roofing. c"

ALL were professionals and very courteous! They did a good job protecting my landscaping and pool during the project and when they cleaned up, you could not tell they were there. "They replaced my roof, but after a year the roof starts leaking, I called them they fixed it, but the roof is still leaking, they already came out 3 times to fixed it but still up to now, my roof still have leaks. UPDATE: The owner Bob came out to look at my roof, and admitted there were things that he looked at up there, and did not like. He fixed the problem. Since then there's been a lot of rain ,and no leaks. Highly recommend these guys."

"Other than some additional wood repair and that they could not put my old gutters back up - which they did make a point of noting up front - they were on time and on budget. Our house is small - I believe 17 squares - so it only took about a day and a half to complete. It certainly seems to have been a very professional job. I did find a few stray roofing nails on my lawn and deck after the job was completed, but other than that clean up was good too. Would definitely hire them again."

"We contacted Ed and Mike with K&E Repair Solutions, LLC. They were able to come out the same day and give an estimate for the scope of the work needed. Once we approved the estimate, the guys were able to come out immediately and start work on the apartment upstairs. Jason found that the floor in the bathroom had to be replaced, from the leaking, and the shower, especially around the fixtures had to be resealed to address the leaking. He was very professional and finished the work rather quickly. They also had a guy come out and inspect our AC units; which were old and needed to have parts replaced and be cleaned. They found that the exterior AC units on our roof were not properly installed for being on the roof and the drainage was damaging the roof, causing constant damage to the roll roofing. We had the entire roof replace less than 2 years prior and that contractor never addressed the cause of the leak, nor sealed the edges properly. Alonso and Mike with K&E Repair Solutions came out on a Saturday and tore off all the damaged roofing (about half of the roof), moved the AC units and reinstalled them properly to have the drainage not wear into the roof. Before the repairs were done we would pray it wouldn't rain, at least not on our little square of the world. Since the repairs have been done, we have had no issues at all with leaking; not from the roof nor the apartment upstairs, which after so long is really amazing. The guys were very friendly, professional and prompt. We have used them for other smaller jobs. We have been very pleased with the outcomes and will use them again for future jobs. NEVER GO CHEAP!!! Almost all of the work we needed done has previously been done over and over again, by the cheapest contractor we could find... which has cost us more than 2-3 times what getting it done right with K&E Repair Solutions cost us. Yes, the cost was broken up over a couple of years but just the aggravation and damage alone was insane. The original contractors gave us 3 year (or less) warranties, NEVER came back when there was a problem; which there was always a problem almost immediately."

"I am very impressed with the way this company scheduled, carried out and followed up on the work. I had to accelerate my plan to replace my old roof early this (2021 year) when it started to leak during the storm in November. I had planned to ask Dynamic Roofing Concepts to carry out that routine replacement because the company had replaced a flat roof for me in 2019 and did a splendid job, and I’d contacted the company and received an estimate and very helpful explanation about my options from Joshua. When the roof started to leak, I emailed Joshua in a panic, and he helpfully replied and set things in motion to move the job up on the calendar. Responding to me during the storm was above and beyond any routine service commitment. The job was scheduled soon after my call. (I got someone to put a tarp over the leak in the meantime.) The workers arrived as planned as did the person delivering the materials and everything was efficiently unloaded and work proceeded systematically. My request that they not play radios was honored. All the old materials were put in a dumpster in the driveway, and before they left, the workers cleaned up every bit of debris from the yard. They did not damage a single plant. Someone collected the dumpster in less than two days. The roofing installation actually was finished in one day. It passed the county’s inspection on the first visit. Dynamic Roofing Concepts offered me warranty options and arranged for an independent company to do a Wind Mitigation inspection and send me a report for my insurance company. When I had questions about these matters, owner Colin Clark always answered my email messages and phone calls and provided helpful answers. I could not have asked for a better experience with this roof replacement."

"My wife and I made a decision to purchase a home that needed a roof repaired in order to pass inspection. We knew that this was going to be expensive because of the size of the home and it is two story with a 3 car garage. My wife is a real estate agent and she contacted several roofing companies in the Tampa, Wesley Chapel area that she had worked with in the past, and they had all quoted us around $15,000 for the main house, plus another $1700 for the flat roof that was over the screened in porch. So we knew we were looking at $18,000 to get this done. Just on a whim I started looking through angie's list and called Gulf Coast roofing and spoke with Carlos. He came out the next day and gave me a quote. I had to ask him several times if this quote included the main roof AND the roof over the Patio, and was he going to use architectural shingles? He said yes to everything I asked . I almost didnt go with him because his price was so much lower than everyone else, that I was sure it had to be a scam. But his reviews said the exact opposite so I decided to take the chance with Gulf Coast. The roof came out beautiful, the workmanship was exceptional, they cleaned up after themselves so that there were no stray nails, or shingles left behind on the lawn. I cannot say enough good things about this Company other than we won't use anyone else as long as we live in Florida. They saved me more than $5000!"
