WHAT THIS MEANS you will not get a lien on the products installed if the roof company fails to pay for their materials. 2-No down payment and uses their own license and the installers were professional, and cleaned up every nail. 3-Price was the lowest even with a premium product. JS did not charge extra for the premium product either. 10 estimates: John Scott was the lowest, the second closest came in $600 more. Having been a roofer himself and now a supervisor, he is knowledgeable in aspects of a roof replacement. We were extremely grateful and pleased with Jon! We have a 2,800 sq. ft. two story house with a high roof. We chose the GAF architectural, charcoal colored shingles and couldn’t be more pleased. Classic Roofing installed the peel and stick underlayment which adds another layer of waterproofing. The workers were hard workers, courteous and careful not to damage our landscaping.
