"It could not have possibly gone better. The repair was done in no time and the cost was less than quoted. It doesn't get much better than that. I also want to add that somebody apparently was able to log in under my account and gave these people a rating of F and I want to apologize for that. It was not me and I would never give them a negative rating. As a matter of fact I just made an appointment with them to come and repair our washing machine so again I'm sorry for the problem. I have contacted Angie's List and asked them to remove it. For whatever reason they won't let you remove reviews yourself......which doesn't really make much sense to me but anyway...sorry for the mistake All Better Appliance LLC. "It went great. They arrived on time and when they said they would..in fact they were a little early. They listened and inspected where I wanted inspected and additional areas. They had the opportunity to tell me bad news where there was none, but instead they told me my roof was good for at least another 15 years barring storm damage and the two areas I had concern about were fine...honest and very professional."

"When my Memorial Day started with a non-functioning toilet hours before a dozen guests were to arrive, Worley and Son were the only ones willing to answer the phone and make the repair (even a 24-hour emergency plumber didn't call back).  When he called, Mr. Worley asked questions to help him diagnose the problem before he arrived and in the end it took less than 30 minutes to make the repairs. Considering the situation, he could have charged a lot more for an emergency on a holiday, so I felt the price he quoted was more than fair.

"The team did a great job with the painting, including the trim for almost every room.  However, since there were extra coats of paint required for most of the down stairs, they were tight for time on the bonus room, and the trim was not done to the same standard as the rest of the house.
  That being said, when they repaired the walls in the bathrooms, you cannot tell that there was any work done - they are very, very good.  A day after they finished painting, the plumbers had to open up a wall upstairs to replace some piping, and they owner came back to repair that for us as well, including the painting.
  We will be using them again to seal the new deck that the previous owners put on the house right before we bought it.  I highly recommend them.

"This company was listed as painting and drywall. They are actually people who are professional painters who will do drywall as necessary to repair the wall. If we had known that, we would probably have hired a professional carpenter instead: our misunderstanding. They are excellent and efficient at pre-painting drywall repair. They are not professionals at re-framing for drywall, but they gamely went ahead and re-framed the closet and then dry-walled it. They even gave us extra labor time when it took longer than expected. The result is professionally done, both in the re-framed closet and in the other wall repairs. We discussed the the plumbing access doors, and mutually decided that they would not do that work as it is strictly carpentry. Unfortunately, a couple of other things interfered with a top outcome for us. 1) The size of the closet space created was not exactly as we had requested, but the finish was very professionally completed and is acceptable as-is (it is a closet). 2) They are a family business and had a sudden death in the family at the time we were to receive work. After that they also had a couple more unusual delays mid-job. They handled the communications around these occurrences very professionally and promptly, but this means that I cannot actually properly judge how they do with promptness in a normal situation. I also would guess that grief may have interfered with our communication about the closet dimensions, so I am comfortable with the result and suggest that other reviews be weighted more heavily than mine."
