My father, Jay Halteman, started this business in 1998, but had learned the trade as a young boy from his father, Nelson Halteman. I as well have been helping since before I was in school. We talk to the customer, price the project, and do the job ourselves from start to finish instead of sending out a crew of low paid employees to slap it in.
