"I highly recommend McKenzie Plumbing. We called to get an estimate for our new home we had just moved into to get sewage line tapped into the city line. Since we were fairly new to the area we decided to use the home advisor to find plumbing company who can do the job. We were matched with McKenzie plumbing and spoke with Sven. He offered to come the next day to give an estimate but because I had a conflict with the schedule he was flexible and showed up at my door within a hour. We had a few questions regarding PWC to find out about the balance that was left to pay but Sven already knew exactly what kind of process needs to be taken to get the job done with the city. He advised that we take care of the balance, call him back to get the job started. We actually had another plumbing company lined up to give us an estimate the next day but we cancelled the right away and decided to go with McKenzie on site. The crew showed up to do the job and they were great! They knew exactly what to do and the inspector from PWC showed up in the afternoon then the crew started to finish up the job. Sven and his crew were expert in doing the job and were very professional. He completed the job as expected and I was able to make payment easily over the phone with the company to complete the order. I was not able to be on the site the job was being done and Sven even gave me a phone call personally to keep me updated with the job on site.
