We knew when he was here for the estimate that the job was going to be difficult, as he was going to have to find a way to run the wiring through the floor, against the I-joists, where the basement was finished with sheet rock ceiling and there were all manner of duct work, straps and pipes in the way. After a lot of patience and determination, and some more patience, Andy and his crew got the wires through and to my surprise managed to finish the entire job without having to cut out any of the sheet rock. Although I agreed during our initial visit that it would be OK if he removed some of the sheet rock, because he knew we really wanted to avoid it, he went out of his way and took some extra time to make it happen without damaging the ceiling and we really appreciated it.
In a nutshell, all of the work described was completed better than promised (IE - no ceiling damage), promptly, professionally, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Andy took the time to explain everything in depth and educate us on some items on which I was unclear. Creekside definitely has earned our first consideration for any future work we need done.
