"For months this company did a great job! For the last couple months things have drastically changed! DEPENDABILITY has been horrific! They cancelled on me the day they were supposed to come. And, then didn't respond to my messages about when the next appointment would be. It ended up to be 3 weeks later!! Now, yesterday they left a message that they would be to my house in 20 minutes at 2:15 PM. When I arrived home at 5:15 no one had shown up. I called the person who had called me and asked why they weren't at my house yet. She responded that they were too busy and were not going to get to my house and asked if Megan (the owner) had called me to set up a reschedule. I told her I had not received any messages from Megan and as of today (a day later) I haven't received any calls or emails from Megan about a reschedule. I will not be using this company. I need a house cleaning company I can count on and depend on.!"
