"We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

He also completed a couple other small tasks for me (electrical, etc). Even with all the extra work the total cost was still less than my usual plumber quoted for the small repair.
