"Great! Guillermo responded promptly and communicated regularly through the bid, acceptance and work process. Very pleasant man. He helped us with ideas we had to make them work. He installed 4 gates (1 iron, 1 chain link, 2 vinyl), an iron picket fence along the back to keep the dogs in and keep the view open. A black chain link fence to close in a dog area and two vinyl gates on the street side to enhance the look and keep the dogs in. He texted before arrival and when he was leaving. Both Guillermo and his worker were pleasant, clean and made sure to take all the trash and leftovers with him. His work is quality and he worked fast - no leaving the job for another. "The gentleman was on time and very professional. During the quote, he stated the job would be approximately $900.00 to remove and preserve the metal fence. I believed that to be a reasonable price. However, after receiving a quote for $1800.00 which is double the price, and the cost of a new fence is approximately $1300.00 I decided to go elsewhere and replace the fence."

"We started the process of having a fence (vinyl & chain link) installed. The vinyl install was acceptable. There were a few hiccups with schedules, but it got done. The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. Once the owner and brother were involved, the install issues stopped, but it took them a long time to finish the 3 day project. I singed with the company on 2/7/17 and finished paying in late May."

"I called John on Monday morning, and he said he would be there between 3:30 and 4:00 that afternoon. He arrived just before 4:00. The toilet had been running so he checked to see what the problem could have been and determined that it was the flapper. So, he drove down to Home Depot and bought one, returned, and installed it. He then fixed the drawer glide.
Unfortunately, the toilet still ran that night, so I called him on Tuesday morning. While on the phone, he had me check several things and thought it might have been a faulty flapper. He returned around 4:00 that afternoon after having stopped at Home Depot to purchase a different flapper. Upon removing the one he had installed the evening before, he showed me that it wasn't even so that probably was the problem. He wouldn't let me pay for the new flapper or his time as he said I had already paid for a service to be done. Upon leaving he wanted me to call him the next day if there were still problems; however, the second flapper did the trick.

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"Replaced existing wooden privacy fences.  One section was approx. 9 feet on one side of my home and the other section measured approx. 43 feet that separates my property from my neighbors.  Received 5 estimates and HD Fence's quote came in about mid-range of all of them.  Went with HD Fence, because Joan and Allen are great people to work with.  Joan was very prompt and courteous when she returned my call.  She was able to pull my old estimate even though 8 months had passed. 
Allen is very knowledgeable and he even comes out and does a portion of the work, which is a plus to know that the owner not only oversees the work, but he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. 
One other note - Joan and Allen both were able to ease my neighbors concerns and answer all his questions with the section of fence that separates our properties. Because I live in an HOA community, the fence had to meet certain requirements.
Only bummer was that they do not offer painting services for the fence.  Not a big deal because most of the other companies I spoke with DO NOT offer painting services as well.
Would highly recommend contacting HD Fence for any fence work you may need.
