"Good email responsiveness from Brent. Service guy showed up on time, was polite, answered all my questions, finished in the promised time, and performed a good service. I'll definitely use them again for my next HVAC need. <br />"

"I called and a polite man answered the phone. I explained what I needed done and he said he would go out and check out my chimney and quote me a price. He was out very quickly and we discussed the work over the phone. I hired him over the phone and he completed the work after the weather cleared up. He called to explain the work that was completed and suggested other work that I may need on my roof as an fyi. He also suggested tuck pointing my chimney and I hired him to complete that as well at a later date. The price came in at the quoted price. All was good."

"The provider was extremely professional, on time, patient with explaining and nice to work with. The only reason we did not select this provider was because the price was similar to another and the other could get the work done sooner. <br />"

"A drunk driver crashed into our house in the middle of the night. JBenson arrived within 2 hours of having called them for emergency board up service the next day. They sent a crew of 4 (plus an electrician that arrived later). After reviewing the damage, they said they could just board it up or fix the structure. They removed all broken pieces to the structure, reframed the corner, placed sheeting and tyvek and cleaned up the glass around the site. Their electrician (a sub) ran a dummy line through the broken outlet so that we could turn the electricity back on to that part of the house. <br /> The cost listed above is an estimate based on the 5 hours of work. I have not yet seen the claim so I did not rate on cost. <br /> All of the team was very professional and courteous. We are waiting for a final bid to see if they come back to finalize the work. <br />"

"It went ok however he subcontracted the work out. There no supervisor on site. He just came in am and pm. The new dryer vents had screens which didn’t allow the lint to escape. Also one unit the dryer vent was forgotten. I noticed it and contacted Gentry. He promptly came to fix the problem."

"Keith made a written estimate for re-shingling and warned me of some expected issues and gave a verbal estimate of them. <br /> The work was done quickly and professionally. Keith called me whenever he found an issue to get my approval before continuing. I beleive he did a few extra repairs without charging me. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"We joined Angie's list to get a list of masonry contractors in our area. We tried to find out more, using the Internet, about contractors. We checked the Better Business Bureau and discovered that O'Connor was rated A. He had been in busiiness a long time, so we decided to contact him. There were no ratings or comments on Angie's list for any of the contractors. <br /> <br /> He came to our house to look at the job and give us an estimate. It was going into winter so we waited til the spring to have the work done. Right away when the weather was good, they contacted us and scheduled a time to begin work. The mason who did the majority of work on the column and brick front was very nice, professional and took the time to do the best quality job. <br /> <br /> We are extremely pleased with O'Connor and would definitely contract with his company again."

"After living in this house for about four years, I decided I wanted to use the woodburning stove in the living room. I had no idea if the chimney had ever been cleaned before we bought the house, and also wasn't sure how to use the stove itself. Around this same time, I noticed a water stain high up on the vaulted ceiling, where the chimney pipe went through the ceiling. A few years before this I had noticed Dano's advertisement on his truck driving around town, and had written down the name and phone number, so I found the note where I had written that, and gave him a call. We set up an appointment, and I was very pleased that he arrived on time, was very friendly, and seemed to know what he was doing. I did not accompany him up onto the roof, but when he told me what was wrong, it made sense, and explained why I was having a leak up there. He didn't have the correct kind of cap and pipe to fix the problem right then, but he came back about a week later (as we had agreed) and installed the new stuff, cleaned out the stove and the chimney pipes, and showed me how to use the stove. It's been two years now, so I don't remember the exact price, but I do remember that I was happy with the work he had done, and remember that he was friendly and professional. And I would definitely call him again for any problem related to chimneys."
