I approved the work order and the permit was approved the next day that they applied for. They coordinated with the electric company and were able to start the job the day after the permit was issued! His TEAM arrived early in the morning and was done within a couple of hours. I'm going to have a re-wire completed afterwards (meaning there will be no indoor power yet), but Warnie made such a thoughtful suggestion and wired the circuit for my alarm system to the panel so my alarm could still function. The work completed is beyond professional. The work area was cleaner than when they started. I never once felt pressured by Goodside, I truly felt like I was talking to a good friend. The sales manager took time to explain every aspect of the project, including financing options, and provided a very reasonable price quote. The installation crew were fantastic. My old Pittsburgh home was not designed with central A/C in mind, and the walls provided a tough resistance to re-wiring. The installation crew patiently and cleanly made the necessary retrofits to my home to allow a new thermostat to be wired. There was some leftover debris and a hole in my plaster due to the endeavor, but they did the best they could to clean it up given the circumstances.
