They were there every day on time and when they were done for the day they cleaned up. "Actually, when they did first the job, there was a little bit of a discrepancy as far as how straight they did the edging on the side of my landscaping. He came back and he did it the next day and told me that he'll be there. He did know and verified that it was not as straight as it should have been and so he did it himself. He did a very nice job. I wasn't even home and the fact that he came and he did the work, though he didn't do it as well as I thought he should have and when I called him back, he came back and he did it completely well. There's only one thing that didn't happen is when they did my edging and stuff like that, they left a lot dirt and mud on my sidewalks and driveway so I had to get my power washer out and I had to power wash it myself."

"Wallstructures LLC did a fantastic job installing new pavers for my patio. John was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the process, what materials needed to be used, etc. he was able to come out quickly for an estimate and started the work right away. Unless the weather was bad, John was there everyday until the job was finished. He provided information on the best pavers to use, we went over design and colors. When the vendor didn’t have the exact colors I wanted originally, he gave me suggestions on what to get instead. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out and would definitely use this contractor again."

"The landscaping looks great.  They were friendly and professional.  Sione suggested growing grass on hill side beds instead of mulching.  In the long run this would save us money instead of having to mulch the hill every spring.  In addition, over time the mulch just slides down the hill leaving empty spots in beds.  Also, a few days before they were scheduled to work, a tree was struck by lighting and fell in our backyard. They were able to remove the tree in addition to the scheduled work.  They couldn't finish all the work on the scheduled day due to lighting storms but they came back on July 4th to finish mulching and edging the front yard.

The work was done timely & the end result exceeded our expectations. The clean up & repair of our yard was also very good. One minor post install issue. Again, Omnipro was very responsive. "We are thrilled with the retaining walls built by Chris Swope, owner, JCM Landscaping. Major points; 1. Licensed and insured yet provided lowest bid with specs identical to higher bids provided by other bidders. 2. Came on the promised date and finished quickly as promised. 3. An unforseen drainage issue was resolved with minimal added expense. 4. Chris saved a rhodo which other bidders said would be sacrificed. 5. Chris provided valuable design input including wall curvature and material selection. Can't go wrong with JCM. They are already being awarded additional jobs in my neighborhood based on work done at my house."

"Ray (the owner) was very professional to work with. He always returned any messages we left him promptly and tried to explain all the work that would be done. He was very patient with our questions. There is a concrete room under our front porch so the men first set up safety scaffolding in the room. They then jack hammered the old concrete porch off. In the process, some of the stone around our front door let loose. This was in no way Ray's fault (it was not installed properly when the house was built) but Ray completely repaired the damaged area at no additional cost to us. The crew poured a new concrete slab porch. They cleaned up at the end of each day to the point where you would hardly know they were there during the day. All of Ray's men were extremely polite and considerate. They arrived early and put in a full day every day. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the end result. The porch is beautiful (we have gotten MANY compliments on it) and exactly what we wanted. We were so impressed with Ray's business ethic. He didn't add on fees or charges, even when the job demanded more of his time than originally expected. The fact that he went above and beyond by fixing the stone that fell really speaks volumes about the way Ray runs his company. He even had his men replace the metal hinges on our storm door because they weren't holding the door on straight. He is truly an honest business man who performs quality work and isn't out to rip people off. We would recommend this company to ANYONE!"

"It's not a so good experience so far. I have not seen any ditches in my lawn at all and I think this year, I had the waterfall guard system installed and they came and did the irrigation. I had a sprinkler system and they did irrigation on top of it and two of my sprinklers had gone bad after that. I had to go and complain about it. It took some time but they now promised me that next year, they would fix it. Price is expensive. No quality at all."
