"I had a small triangular piece of vinyl siding come off during a storm. Simba roofing communicated quickly, showed up on time, and completely made the repairs. They very meticulously replaced several pieces of siding and did so where there were no seems showing. They also went above and beyond by sealing some small areas on my roof that needed sealed. I would recommend them to anyone. They will certainly be my first call whenever I have another roofing, gutter, or siding issue."

"A terrific experience. Once again Roman, the owner, explained everything that needed to be done to stop the ever present leak into my kitchen. His crew removed my old roof in the most bitter cold without complaint. And cleaned up. The Yard looked better than before they came. In one day they removed only two pieces of plywood. And replaced all of the asphalt roof. They are honest. They could have said the entire room's plywood was rotten. How would I have known? Anyway, inside my kitchen ceiling also needed to be repaired. Over the course of 4 days the crew came, worked efficiently, and cleaned up. Very professional. And the hole they needed to cut and repair and pay h and paint is hardly noticeable. This was a very big job for a reasonable price. And Roman advised me what was happening every step of the way. He replaced my windows ladt year. Needless to say, he is my go to contractor. You should consider him if you have a significant job."

After spending over an hour looking around, the gentleman gave my dad an estimate for $37,000! After my dad declined, he then dropped his estimate 2 more times and said the lowest he can go is $14,000. When my dad asked why he didn't start that low, he replied "well some people will pay the $37,000". He also went on to tell my dad how this was an investment, and he wouldn't get anything lower (keep in mind my dad is a disabled senior on a fixed income). When my dad told him he already received a quote from another company for $8,500 - he was followed by questions of who was that cheap and asked why my dad would even have him come out (when every company should know that most people would/should get multiple estimates). Do NOT recommend this company!"
