"I had prism do a rather expensive inspection and re-inspection before purchasing my home. Lots of good reviews must mean good service, I was wrong. The inspector and woman I talked to were pleasant, but a water leak was overlooked and the first time I turned on the shower water covered the master bath due to a loose shower head. Once the water was turned off, the faucet in the tub was then found to be leaking. Both of these leaks would have been evident had the water been turned on in the bathroom, which was clearly not done but was supposed to be done as part of the inspection. Spoke with Rick about my concerns, he got extremely defensive and was very unprofessional and rude and offered no solution to remedy the issue they overlooked other than to call a plumber and sorry you bought an old house. He stated there was no leak present at the time of inspection, but last I checked shower heads don't loosen on their own. Although it's a seemingly small issue, it makes you wonder what other corners they cut or what else they may overlook."
