A couple other similar local businesses contacted me, as well, but not as quickly. Nor did the other businesses say they could complete the task yet that day/evening as Ask Michael promised to do. Indeed, two young men from Ask Michael arrived roughly 2 hours after my initial request and adeptly assembled a couch and a queen size bed in less than 30 minutes. "It went smoothly except that the Salesperson led us to believe that our windows would be maintenance free. On the casement windows, the installers only offered two options: Leave exposed wood that would require painting, or bridge across it with 5" wide aluminum trim that is not textured and would show any dents or imperfections. Textured trim that conforms to the contours of the window framing is commonly available as we pointed out with our neighbor's replacement casement windows. Thankfully, the cost was low enough that we were able to have a third party provide the finishing how we wanted it and stay within budget. One of the screens was damaged during installation and was replaced on a followup visit. One of the windows had an imperfection between the panes and was replaced on a followup visit. Overall, we feel that Window World was the best choice for our replacement windows."

"We had Window World replace 36 windows in our home.  The entire house including the basement windows.  
These guys are so amazing!  They did the entire job in 3 days.  The old windows were original to our 1918 house, which can be a little complicated.  The replacement windows are vinyl, and a number of them needed to match our interior wood trim.  The window mullions very closely match the old windows.  They are double hung and have all the great features that can be that Window World offers.  
New windows are probably one of the best in vestments in our home.   We could not be happier and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

"My overall experience was EXTREMELY positive.  Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.  He seems to care very much about what he does. He listened to what I needed done and my financial restrictions and then presented me with options.  He was respectful, open to input and NOT patronizing to a single woman.  (That means a lot to me!)  The staff who came out and did the roof were really GREAT!  They were very respectful of my neighbors (lots of positive comments from neighbors), they were very skilled, professional, fast, efficient, and extremely tidy.  They also liked my dog which earns them lots of extra brownie points:)  My roof was a bit of a bear to do (very steep pitches) and it took only 2 days for total tear-off and replacement.  It looks really gorgeous with the architectural shingles (these have a very good warranty).  I am extremely happy.  There was a little mix up with the gutter covers but Bree was really, really helpful in getting everything resolved.  She and Zach compliment each other very well. I will be a returning customer as I have some windows, doors and siding that also need to be replaced.
