"I contacted Home Advisor on a Friday afternoon a few days before Xmas, looking for help assembling furniture that had arrived in boxes. I received a call within minutes from Ask Michael. A couple other similar local businesses contacted me, as well, but not as quickly. Nor did the other businesses say they could complete the task yet that day/evening as Ask Michael promised to do. Indeed, two young men from Ask Michael arrived roughly 2 hours after my initial request and adeptly assembled a couch and a queen size bed in less than 30 minutes. "It went smoothly except that the Salesperson led us to believe that our windows would be maintenance free. On the casement windows, the installers only offered two options: Leave exposed wood that would require painting, or bridge across it with 5" wide aluminum trim that is not textured and would show any dents or imperfections. Textured trim that conforms to the contours of the window framing is commonly available as we pointed out with our neighbor's replacement casement windows. Thankfully, the cost was low enough that we were able to have a third party provide the finishing how we wanted it and stay within budget. One of the screens was damaged during installation and was replaced on a followup visit. One of the windows had an imperfection between the panes and was replaced on a followup visit. Overall, we feel that Window World was the best choice for our replacement windows."

They did great, they did a very good job. So the next time, when they came out to do the other side, I asked for the same guys and they told me they would send them, they didn't, they sent somebody else, but the other guys were just as good."

"We had Window World replace 36 windows in our home.  The entire house including the basement windows.   <br /> These guys are so amazing!  They did the entire job in 3 days.  The old windows were original to our 1918 house, which can be a little complicated.  The replacement windows are vinyl, and a number of them needed to match our interior wood trim.  The window mullions very closely match the old windows.  They are double hung and have all the great features that can be that Window World offers.   <br /> New windows are probably one of the best in vestments in our home.   We could not be happier and I would happily recommend them to anyone. <br />"
