"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"

"What can I say?! This is a very professional company. They did so much work underneath the house, much more than I expected or was outlined in the bid. They were very courteous, considerate and respectful in their interactions and dealings with us. Wade (sales) was very patient with me with the amount of time (1 year) that I took to make a decision to finally have the work done after receiving the estimate and my many questions. During that time he would periodically check in with me to see how things were going in that respect. I think that I would have never had the work done had he not been so persistent! I had had some work done on the foundation years before that left me terrified of dealing with contractors so it took some effort to be able to trust anyone again. Mr Castillo (company owner) was extremely professional, personable and concerned with my satisfaction as a customer. He came to the house several times to see how things were going. I felt that he took a genuine interest and advised me in the best possible manner. He told me that he treats every house that he works on as if it were his own house and I believe it. Mario (foreman) really took care of me. He worked around my schedule-1 week on/1 week off -night shift. The job was disrupted by our vacation but he and his crew picked right up after we came back. They were very considerate of me. Mario went above and beyond on the job. His motto seems to be "Don't worry, I will take care of it." And he always did! As a woman, I always felt safe around him and his crew as well. There was a concern that if the floors were to be leveled perfectly that there would be damage to the fireplace at the back of the house so we decided to stop at this point but there is always that option available to us in the future. The floor is as level as it could be in an old house without doing more damage to the walls and it is very stable and strong enough to lay down ceramic tile which we will be doing in the near future. I had a friend who is a master carpenter (European trained and who does this kind of work) inspect their work afterwards and she was impressed with the amount of work that was done.
