In fact next week they are sealing my next door neighbors driveway. My other next door neighbor as well as a neighbor a few doors down are looking at full replacements for their old broken up macadam driveways. One wants to wait until spring and the other is ready to give a deposit, I have managed several properties and buildings and dealt with many different contractors. "My steps from the garage to the laundry room were no longer stable. The bottom two steps were loose and needed to be supported. Marco the owner came over and explained that stringers needed to be installed to support the wood steps in the middle. He explained some options and prices. Picked and agreed on the work. He was able to come over one afternoon and did the job with his assistant. He was very professional and explained what he was doing because I kept asking him questions. Work completed with no issues and very satisfied in the end. I have some other work that I plan on bringing him back for."
