The dumpster and materials were delivered on Monday, began working on Tuesday, work completed by Thursday and the dumpster picked up on Friday, on time from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!"

"The overall process went very well. Michael came out to my condo several times. He's very professional and he dealt with my annoying property manager very well. I was impressed Michael was able to come out in the evening so i didn't have to take off from work to look at samples and discuss the project. He even left a window with my property manager for a few days to examine! All the visits and installers came on time which in my experience is never the case. In fact the installers came early! They were very quick, they did 9 windows in a little over 3 hours. I must say these windows are the best looking windows and cheapest out of all 5 other quotes i got. I opted for the brushed nickel hardware upgrade. They look slick! There was a period of time where communication was great but there was a reason for that and it's not common. Also when i was attaching blinds after the install, i noticed window coming through the top of one of the windows. I contacted Acorn and Michael came back out and fixed the issues. He then inspected all the windows inside and out and answered all my annoying questions. During his inspection he noticed one window was missing a clip to tilt it. He came again and installed that. I honestly didn't even notice the clip, so that shows he was really inspecting and put pride his the quality of his work. Overall i'm very pleased, the difference from my original 1987 single pane windows and these new ones is night and day!"

"MJA Contracting did a lot of work on my house as stated above from the roof to new windows siding a new deck around my pool cement some exterior doors will changed they did woodwork around my windows and the interior of the house everything was as discussed we knew the prices up front and the time frame that the work would be done. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and I would definitely recommend anyone to use them I definitely will be in the future."

"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

"Gary Blindt and his excellent team just finished replacing all our gutters and downspouts today. We are delighted with every aspect of their work and recommend High Tech Roofing most highly. - We chose higher capacity 6" aluminum gutters to better cope with heavy downpours. The finished job looks absolutely great. Also, the new fasteners and brackets can not be seen -- unlike our previous gutters. Every segment was installed perfectly. Sections connecting the second floor gutter to the lower one in front were fitted properly, unlike the original job we inherited when we bought the house. - Gary and his men took special care with a couple of tricky features of our split level house -- for example, they fashioned a watertight S-curved leader to get around difficult features of our exterior sump pump pipe. Also, each new downspout is directed into the existing underground drainage pipes with a snug fit -- as though they had always been that way. - Our property was left spotless and clean, in what seemed like no time. Every single man was hard-working and friendly. - Finally, I can not say enough about how pleasant and professional Gary Blindt is. The job was done just as he said it would be done and looks even better than I ever imagined. Plus, he was very kind in several ways -- even booking our job in a way that was especially helpful for us, though his schedule is absolutely packed. When it the time comes to replace the siding on our house, he will be the man we'll call."

"We can not say enough wonderful things about Homeland Remodeling Group. To start, Dan answered our inquiry the day after we sent it and he showed up when promised. Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. While waiting for the siding to arrive, Dan was very responsive, providing updates. Once the material arrived, the crew was very professional and worked efficiently. They would arrive at 8:00 am and leave at 5:00pm. The siding, fascia, soffit and gutters look perfect. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more. "Power Home Remodeling was great from start to finish. Everyone involved was professional and made sure my siding and gutter project was completed to my satisfaction. Sean spent 5 hours going over what was available, helping us to pick out the siding and gutters we wanted, making sure they could deal with a couple of special issues concerning our house, taking preliminary pictures and measurements, and explaining the whole process.
