"We recently had a sewage backup in our basement and we called a large chain plumbing company to come and clear the backup. The technician from Heeter Plumbing told me the drain did NOT need to be replaced. Although he honestly told me he didn't know exactly how long it would take for the roots to grow back, he very helpfully suggested that a fine course of action would be to just have the pipe cleaned occasionally instead of replacing the whole pipe. I was extremely relieved and thankful for his helpfulness and honesty, and I completely trusted his assessment of the situation. <br /> <br /> I highly recommend Heeter Plumbing."
