"Our two-story home was in dire need of exterior painting and weather damage repairs. Elite Enclosures team is skilled and responsible, polite, positive and efficient. Adam Martin strives to communicate with us, so that we have full understanding of the project. The crew are polite, friendly and good humored, but constantly working. The weather damage required a new man-door frame installation and the double garage door needed dry rot removal and mold removal, including siding replacement. The resulting repairs are exceptional and we are impressed. We have hired the same business to replace a dry-rotted fence and build a new gate, all done well!"

"They showed up promptly and the price was comparable to other quotes. Unfortunately, this installer was not a pro. I had complaints from the next door neighbor and the person who owned the property behind me. When the post holes were dug, concrete, dirt and rocks were dumped on their property.
The crew showed up promptly. The posts were set, but they didn't replace the shared gate latch post. (The existing people gate and the new gate share a common post.) There was also a 15' section that I thought was going to be spanned, with no intermediate post. I called the owner and he said they had run out of posts. I found this confusing.
They strung the wire and 2 new posts a couple days later, then returned a couple days later to install the rest of the wire, and the gate. We had hauled most of the old wood fence away, but the installer left chunks of concrete, the old posts, pieces of steel (cut from fence posts) and sections of old fencing laying in the yard. The sections of old fence were left laying with nails up. When the owner called for final payment, he said that we hadn't discussed removing debris.
They came out the following Monday and removed most of the debris. The neighbor behind me hadn't had the dirt, rocks and concrete cleaned up, so I went over and did it myself. There were still pieces of wire and utility line marker flags in the yard, as well as minor debris, which I also cleaned up.
The hinge post of the gate was mounted too far away. Both gates meet with a 3" gap, so the latches click on their tips. I had explained that the fence was to keep dogs in. Unfortunately, with this loose fit, my dachshund can slide right through where the gates meet. Also, when removing the debris, the installer bent the gate latch post, so it is crooked.
I had asked for the fence to be level with the other end posts. It is several inches higher, so the fence (viewed from the main road) sags down in the middle and has gaps beneath, which I will fill with dirt/bark, to keep the dogs from digging out. The Dox could slip out, should she decide to dig a bit. The neighbor has had to pile rocks on their side of the fence to keep their dog out of our yard.
All in all, it will probably work, but it is not sturdy. When the gates are locked, someone can push on the joining post and pop the gates open. They should have either moved the hinge post closer or set 2 posts, side by side, where the gates met.
