He fixed our closet doors and one exterior door after our home was lifted, he replaced all of our locks, and he installed a motion sensor LED light in our storm shelter. He even went above and beyond and did a couple extra things that we hadn't asked him to. Just a great experience. All in all, I know who I'll be using for future home maintenance issues!"

"<p>This painter did everything I asked; from filling the holes created by carpenter bees and woodpeckers, adding an insect repellent to the paint, and painting the radon tube that projected up the side of the house.  Joe and his team did an absolutely magnificent job painting my two-level, cedar sided home, including staining the front and rear porches.  An expert in his craft, the house was hand painted, not sprayed.  Due to inclement weather, Joe was behind in his schedule and kept me informed as my turn came up.  When the day came, Joe and his team was on the property at 7:30 sharp and immediately commenced work. The effort took two days, and each day they cleaned up after themselves, and upon completion, Joe and I inspected the house together. I was given another 24 hours to check the work on my own and provide any comments or issues that required Joe to return. I am absolutely thrilled with the work and professionalism of this painting company.  Hand painting a home is not cheap, but when it is done properly and with quality paint, it will last several years.    </p>"

For anyone who hasn’t had home repair, you will need to pay for materials up front, usually 15 percent to 35 percent depending on cost. The remainder due upon completion. Tim is competitive on pricing and will work with you if you have to work. I trusted him to be at my house for several days by himself while I was not there and working. Be weary of other companies who bid on jobs without actually coming out and seeing what needs to be repaired, Tim was one of the few who took the time to come out and accurately price the job with no surprises, everything was up front before he started the job and nothing changed as far as scope of work or price. "We have had Steve as our handyman since 2004. When you find a good person you hang on to them. Steve does everything. This time he rebuilt a closet, repaired a host of "honey do" items, trimmed back trees from over our house, swept the roof clear of debris, and cut and stacked eveything for brush pick up. Over the course of our relationship he has repaired the roof and exterior including masonry, repaired everything from minor appliances to laying wood floors, tile, remodeling a bathroom, putting covered gutters in,repaired our chimney. We usually have him advise us about what needs to be done at least once a year. That is how much we trust his judgment. He offers several options outlining the differences between each and never does anything without consultation first! You can't go wrong if you hire Steve!"

"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. I'm very pleased with this service and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others!"
