The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Also left no paperwork about the appliance or an invoice, Any work I have had done, there was always paperwork about the work and invoices left behind. In this day and age, repair companies accept credit cards. I have never had a company that didn't. I got no response when I questioned this with an email. Sorry, but I will not use them again."
