"This is our first and only call when we need concrete or stone work done. No water in basement since work done 2 years ago. Recently did a great job regrouting and sealing our flagstone driveway. Professional workers who do a professional job. Highly recommend"

"After some discussion we decided to have all of it repointed as well just the necessary repairs. I must say that was the right choice as it looks great. All of the mortar joints were redone, a few cracked bricks were replaced, and the steps are once again complete and solid. Great work."

"Great company, got an estimate the very next day after contacting them and they removed my old brick patio and poured a gorgeous new stamped concrete patio that same week. Highly recommend."

"A1 did great work on replacement of both our walk and driveway, using a combination of pavers and concrete. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Patrick and his team gave us a highly professional job at a reasonable price. His advice, communication and oversight throughout the process was invaluable. We highly recommend his services. Mike Rubino Burke, Va."

"We had an overgrown mess in the front of our house, with a small, slate slab walk. We had everything removed, including two trees in the front (as well as 3 dead trees in the back). Julio and his crew did a wonderful job of recreating the look of our front yard. The new paver walkway and landscaping looks great, completely changing the look of our house. The attention to detail was very impressive. I would highly recommend this company."

"If you need any driveway, concrete, or masonry work, MJ Paving and Masonry should be your go-to people! They did an amazing job on my new driveway, at a great price, and Miley was even willing to fix some loose bricks from my front path as well as fill in some missing concrete at no extra cost. The communication was top notch and I felt like I was genuinely cared for as a customer, especially at the intial consultation. You won't regret it!"

"Mr. Sanchez was a pleasure to do business with. He was responsive, friendly, punctual and honest. All of these impressive traits were second to the quality of his work. We had a concrete patio that he overlaid with Pennsylvania Bluestone we couldnt be more pleased with the results. Mr. Sanchez and his team did an amazing job, and every step along the way was led by Mr. Sanchez. The team took their time and did everything right. I cant say enough positive about Sanchez Masonry."

"It went terrific and I sadly never say that about working with folks in the trades. JP was highly responsive to my request for quotes and questions. He gave me a quote that was both specific and detailed. He worked with me a little on price and deposit. His team showed up at my house to the minute of when he said that they would. They moved quickly and minimized damage to lawn, mulch beds, and sprinklers. He worked with me to address my concerns about cracks in the prior driveway, tieing the driveway into both the garage and the apron, and tieing the driveway and the sidewalk together. At every step of the way (grade, gravel depth, concrete depth) JP checked in with me and had me approve it before he went to the next step. Not sure if this was his normal practice or another instance of him working with me to allay my concerns. Whichever...... it sure worked for me. I had thought it would take two days....... they were out by 3pm on day one. As JP said, this wasn't their first driveway. I know of at least two other driveways in my neighborhood that he has done. All the homeowners are highly satisfied."

"I was about to put my house up for sale. I hired this company to repair the iron rails that had rusted in the concrete pouch and steps. The worker did an outstanding job. The pice was very reasonable"
