We talked to three different firms regarding our exterior back door, which was an old, leaky French door, which didn’t actually work well in the space because it was too narrow. The firms all quoted us similar prices, but Nova Exteriors gave us the best overall design solution for that particular space (a wider single door with a sidelight and a really nice storm door). The gentleman who developed this design just clearly had the best overall feel for the room and knew the products really well and could match the most appropriate solution for that space. We also were removing a iron gate over the old door, and Nova Exteriors handled that without any issues - they did not have to call a secondary contractor. "Review by Ingrid ,PA Project: front and kitchen exterior doors and storm doors replaced. The installation team was excellent They listened to our concerns provided remedies on the spot or contacted customer service right than and their to help us . The peephole on the front door had a flaw This will be replaced 9/24/18. In my opinion the flawed peephole was a quality control issue and should not have passed inspection. All in all we are happy with our doors. I’ll get back to you in one year to let you know how the doors are holding up against the Mount Pocono PA weather."
