The wood under the threshold was completely rotted. Adi made 3 trips to the local hardware store to get the right materials to replace everything that needed replacing. No shortcuts. "This was a worry-free, done-right experience. Extensive work done on lake home, including railings for dock walkway, moving an iron gate and replacing with an automatic-opening one, a gate for the deck fencing, railing for the house walkway. Upon completion, there was nothing that needed correction. He also installed a Sunsetter retractable awning for us which was a good savings since we purchased it from Costco. It looks and works great! Frank is punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He is easy to work with, and very nice. We would not hesitate to hire his services again"
