"I just wish all the service providers on Angie's List were as excellent as Brent and Jose. They found the leaks immediately and repaired in a very short time all the time letting me know what they were doing and why. They adjusted several sprinkler heads and set the schedule for automatic watering. The final bill was more than fair for the work done. This company's work ethic is one that should be copied by more providers. It was a real pleasure meeting both gentleman."

"Had to repair my roof and fix leaning foundation. Superior Land development repaired my roof and foundation in order for me to sell my property. He had the best price and finished the entire project two days ahead of schedule. He made my closing a success and I would use him in the future if needed."

"They saved me alot of money by not having unnecessary repairs done,I would recommend them to anyone"

"Even though I was unable to have the lights installed due to the ceiling supports, I think it was a great experience with Upton Electric. He methodically inspected the ceiling before beginning, and when the ideal conditions weren't found, he walked me through the options we had up to the point of offering a refund. I do not believe he was required to do that, so I greatly appreciate him working with me. I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs given his professionalism and his concern to make sure he left a customer happy.
