"It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend!"

He came to our home at a time that was convenient for us and explained how he was going do the entire job and he stayed until all of our questions were answered. When the date we had agreed on had to change because of weather issues Brad kept us fully informed of when he could start that would give us the best protection from the weather. Brad and his crew were always courteous, hard working and ready to answer any questions we had while they were doing the job at the end of every day and when the job was complete they left the site picked up and neat. Brad was hands on and on site which was a comforting feeling and after the work was done he was able to explain any issues they had found and explain how they had addressed them. "Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.
