"Last year Northland Fence installed a tan vinyl privacy fence for my 1 acre lot, replacing a rotted cedar fence that was falling down. I was really impressed by the post design as a means to anchor the fencing without future rotting issues, and it saved lots of installation time versus the older cement process. This was a huge fence, and they completed in two days of work, and the fence looks great! Fast forward one year later and strong winds this year have knocked over 6 x 30-foot trees from my neighbor's yard into my yard, damaging the fence in multiple places, bending posts and breaking side panels. Tim came by to perform the repair last week and the fence is completely restored to previous condition in about 2-3 hours of work. You could not tell that so much damage had occurred except for some cleaning that I need to do. While onsite, Tim also addressed some sag in installed fence doors with very well-built diagonal braces and adjusted the doors to being square. He was polite, professional, and delivered great results - represents the Northland Fence brand well. Strongly endorse the fence solutions from Northland. "Sections of our chain link fence and 2 gates needed to be repaired. Due to settling 2 areas of our fence were leaning and 2 gates wouldn't close because the fence had shifted. We got 3 quotes for repairs. The first 2 companies both said they needed to replace the sections of top rail and posts, along with the gates, which was expensive. Dan said the fence could be adjusted without replacing everything. The project was done soon after he came out to look at it. Dan and his crew got the job done quickly.  A few things were fixed, replaced and the rest was adjusted so that it is straight and the gates latch again. We really appreciate Dan fixing the problems without adding on unnecessary costs and replacing things that didn't need to be replaced. We are very happy with the work and would use Top Line Fence again. "

"Everything went great. I'd highly recommend A&M. I reached out to A&M to quote replacement of the section of wire that I had most problems with. He responded quickly with a quote. I normally would have tried to do it myself, but his price was very competitive. After pricing out how much it would be to rent an edger, buy 500 ft of 14 ga professional wire for pet fences and then figuring the hassle, it was a pretty easy decision. I called around to other invisible fence installers and they were multiple times more expensive, even including a ~$200 charge just to come out and check the system (which I didn't need, as I new it was working). I had also tried purchasing and using two pet fence break detectors in the past and had limited luck. I'm hoping that I can now just sell them and use this guy in the future. Curt (of A&M) arranged to have Gopher 1 out there the day before to mark the site- I didn't have to do anything with that. We worked out a time that he could come out to do the work that worked for my schedule. He ended slightly early on his earlier jobs so he texted me that he was able to come out ahead of time. He was also nice enough not to ring the door bell and wake my 5 week old son. He pounded the job out quickly and without any mess- installing the 14 ga wire. He also worked with me for a few special needs I had in running the line- very reasonable guy. He finished by verifying for me that the new line worked. He definitely knew his stuff and seemed to stand behind his work. I'd hire him again- super easy to work with."

"We own a 1920’s 4-plex with 50 double-hung windows and 2 old entry doors. Our goal was to replace the windows and doors with a similar style with high durability, low maintenance and an overall high quality installation. I met with Erik at the property and the process was well explained. In hindsight, he was 100% accurate on their high quality install team. Erik later met me at a coffee shop so that I could see a sample window(Richlin by Hayfield) and discuss further details of the project. It was interesting to me that there was no showroom but it made sense later. I was also looking at another window company/installer which had a showroom and the marketing from the window company was more appealing than Hayfield. Again, I learned there was reason for the old marketing in talking with Hayfield and felt confident after speaking with them. Both Erik and Hayfield appreciated the feedback. In the end, the assured Product quality, plus the lifetime Product and Labor warranty promised by CHI/Hayfield, plus the Angies list and other highly rated reviews were what made our decision easy. Thank you Erik for accurately communicating the CHI process and working with us on our questions and challenges. It has become common practice for us to be on site when contractors are working on our building. In the end, we are responsible for the building so it is helpful to know what is done and be involved in the decision making process during execution. The installation team(Jim, Tom, Steve, Tyler and Jake) were ALL exceptional in their workmanship and communications. This old building needed a lot of nurturing and we feel the team treated it like their own. I was onsite for 8 of the 10 days and was consistently assured of their high level of craftsmanship. The building also needed other work which CHI was very happy to assist with for no additional charge. We are thankful for their willingness to help with every request or question. They really do their best to provide exceptional service and workmanship with high character. Thank you team! During the install I had the pleasure to speak with Kim on items such as getting contract referrals for other work needed to support the new windows/doors. Thanks Kim for attending to my questions with understanding and quick resolve. In summary we feel every person we connected with at CHI exceeded our expectations. We feel the Products and craftsmanship were of high quality done by people that care. We are confident that we would call on CHI for future projects."
