"1) SOS electric arrived 1 hr after my call and identified quickly the small fire at the back of the motor as the cause of dead filtration system of my inground swimming pool. Fire was caused by inproper contacts between the switch and the motor. SOS Electric replaced partially burned contact into proper one and soon filtration system was up and running. 2) Light over garage door didn’t have motion sensor. SOS Electric went to Home Depot and got the new light with motion sensor. Soon it was installed properly, adjusted to optimal sensitivity and works perfectly."

"Very unprofessional. The painter brought his dog and put it in a crate in the middle of my dining room. Let our dog out with his. Used my washing machine without my permission because his dog peed on his drop cloth. My husband works third shift and goes to bed early at 7:30 pm. They were aware of this. On a few occasions they were at our house until 8:30 pm. Used my microwave at 7 pm to heat up his dinner without my permission and proceeded to eat while my husband needed to go to bed. Several times to fix my storm door appropriately. First put it on backward and I demanded they turn it around. Tons of excuses for everything.Paint splattered on my couch, microwave, trash can, door knobs. The owner was willing to please the customer but the workers were not. Left all their tools and paint cans throughout my house on a daily basis. No complaints about the roofers

"After seeing the quality of the work when Oliver Beers and Bauhaus Construction installed a new front door for us this summer, we decided to hire him to do a long postponed small master bathroom. Oliver’s work is meticulous as was that of his team which included an electrician, a plumber and a tile ‘artisan’. He is skilled and imaginative and an excellent painter. During the demolition phase, we discovered that the shower base (which we had hoped to retain) was damaged and that there had been a leak below the original tile. Oliver and team adjusted the work schedule, removed the base and repaired the leaks adding only a few days to the schedule. Oliver referred us to vendors in our area to select tile, light and plumbing fixtures. We communicated by text and email on a regular basis so we were always aware of the daily schedule. The worksite was left clean and neat at day’s end. Our bathroom is better than we could have dreamed. My husband and I have already decided to hire him to do another bathroom and some kitchen remodeling in the spring. One additional note: My husband who, in the past did all our painting and home remodeling projects, has lost most of his vision. When Oliver realized my husband’s limitations, he took the time to explain to him what he was doing on the bathroom job and gave him a hand in finishing some other small repair jobs in other areas of the house. We are looking forward to our next project with Bauhaus Construction and Oliver Beers."

"We didn?t use them for painting they put in a patio backyard and install a steel basement door.  It was good.  The overall experience was good.  They do all kinds of handyman work.  They were hard workers and they did a good job.  It?s a hard work the patio in the back required a lot digging and it looks good.  The door opens and closes smoothly, nice and it fit and patio is good.

It took them a while to get on the job but they were very busy and we are in a hurry but it took them a couple of weeks beyond but they thought they could through it but evidently there are in high demand.  The price is good.  The quality of work was good and those guys on the job backyard are very good, very professional."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"
